Meet the passionate people behind Les Bouchons.
Hailing from Carcassonne, in the south of France, our well-travelled Executive Chef Mickaël Cornac appreciates the classics, which explains his dedication to the Les Bouchons brand, where he has cast anchor since 2014. First starting as Chef de Cuisine at Ann Siang, then moving on to taking charge of Robertson Quay and being a key team member in the opening of our first Les Bouchons overseas outlet at Puteri Harbour (Malaysia), he is now very excited to welcome you to our fourth and largest outlet at Rochester Commons.

Working closely in tandem with Chef Mickaël, Chef Nelson Chua, formerly from Poulet, Au Petit Salut and Atout, will be helming the kitchen at Les Bouchons Rochester and he looks forward to delighting you with new dishes that will be exclusive to this outlet, alongside well-loved French classics.

Our Group Head Sommelier, Guillaume Pace who leads the curating and handling for most of our wine selections will also be glad to assist you with the organisation of private & corporate wine tastings or wine dinners at our restaurants, based on your requirements.

Coupled with a friendly, warm & knowledgeable service team led by our General Manager, Reuben Neo — who contributed to the curation of the restaurant’s excellent wine list of approximately 100 labels including rare and vintage selections, with 80% from France — we aim to bring you an authentic Parisian experience each time you visit Les Bouchons.
